About Casa Italica

Experience true Italian charm in this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome in the mountains of Abruzzo.  The home is well appointed over 3 levels with a kitchen, washing machine, TV, and complimentary wi-fi.  Master bedroom with a queen bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full bath with tub/shower are located on the uppermost floor and can sleep up to 4.  Additionally, if you are traveling with a large group, the sofa in the living room doubles as a pull-out bed to sleep an additional 2 people. 

Free on-street parking is available on the main road directly behind Casa Italica. The property is self check-in via lockbox - additional details will be provided at the time of booking.

NOTE: the rear garden is currently undergoing improvements. We hope to have it available for use by mid/late Summer 2023. Check back for updates!

A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen/dining area for your use, and 2 sizable drying racks are also provided.

Free On-Street Parking

Free parking is available on Strada Statale 5, the main road located directly behind Casa Italica.

Need to unload baggage or groceries? You can park briefly to unload on Via Italica before moving your car to Strada Statale 5.

While we have some ongoing works occurring in the garden as we prepare for a major garden renovation in 2025, it is typically open most times of the year for guest enjoyment.
